I’m going to keep this brief but wanted to share 1 recipe 2 ways! Buffalo chicken wraps are a huge hit for me and my husband. We both love Frank’s and I personally love recipes that are quick, easy and don’t require much thought or attention.
Anyway, the best thing about this – if you’ve followed my blog posts you will know I like to bulk my chicken. If you’re following this method, you should have 5lbs of chicken already sitting in your fridge. All you have to do, is portion out about 1lb to create this no cook…I repeat…NO COOK RECIPE!
Print the recipe below but don’t forget to use your favorite wrap. I personally like to use romaine lettuce {or butter lettuce} and the flat out protein up wraps. Below is a quick ingredient recommendation to keep protein high and calories low. However, if you don’t like these recommendations, feel free to use your favorites!! 🙂
- Frank’s Red Hot
- Flatout Protein Up
- Bolthouse Farms Classic Ranch Yogurt Dressing
- 1lb Chicken Breasts - Shredded in the instapot
- 1 Cup Franks
- ½ Cup Bolthouse Farms Ranch
- ½ Container Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 2 Celery Stalks sliced thin
- ⅓ diced red onion
- Low Carb Flat Outs or Lettuce Wraps
- If you've read my post about the fastest way to a quick & healthy meal you hopefully have already prepared your shredded chicken. You will use approximately 1lb of the already prepped chicken. If you haven't made any, go ahead and get that started.
- Once you have your chicken, add all ingredients to a bowl and mix throughly. Once everything is mixed, serve cool and wrap in your favorite tortilla or create a lettuce wrap with romaine or butter leaf lettuce
